Terms & Conditions
The "fine print" if you will
These are my terms and conditions, please read this before making a booking!
1) All clients if appearing in the images will be required to sign a model release form. This is a standard procedure.
2) Copyright - Copyright of ALL images taken by the photographer is retained by the photographer. Therefore if you wish to use my images on posters, in magazine articles etc, it is not only law but its just polite to ask my permission first. I cannot think of any reason as to why I would refuse you this, but it is nice to know if my work will be used for anything so I can get a copy for my own portfolio. I must be credited if payment is not offered. No payment and no credit may result in legal action.
3) All images taken for a client are available on CD web-ready for use on sites such as myspace, facebook and modelling sites. The images will not be watermarked, this is done on the basis that I will be credited for the images, and they must not be edited in any manner. Small alterations such as b&w etc can be requested free of charge.
4) Weddings - 50% of the package cost is payable upon booking, this acts as a non-refundable deposit if you decide to cancel the booking.
5) TFP shoots must be deemed beneficial for use in my portfolio and I will be permitted to use the shots in my portfolio, promotional purposes etc and may be used in magazine features and submitted to competitions.
6) When commissioning me to shoot eg: a wedding, a christening etc, all customers will be required to sign a contract outlining exactly what you have commissioned me for, what you will receive from me, and the time frame that you will receive it in, in order to save any confusion.
