The "fine print" if you will

These are my terms and conditions, please read this before making a booking!

1) All clients if appearing in the images will be required to sign a model release form. This is a standard procedure.

2) Copyright - Copyright of ALL images taken by the photographer is retained by the photographer.

3) All images taken for a client are available on CD web-ready for use on sites such as myspace, facebook and modelling sites for a fee of £5. The images will be watermarked and must not be edited in any manner. Small alterations such as b&w etc can be requested free of charge.

4) Weddings - 50% of the package cost is payable upon booking, this acts as a non-refundable deposit if you decide to cancel the booking.

5) Free shoots must be deemed beneficial for use in my portfolio and I will be permitted to use the shots in my portfolio, promotional purposes etc and may be used in magazine features and submitted to competitions.
